Manufakture

In May 2025, we will open a new building on our site, the Manufakture, with a footprint of around 6,000m². On the ground floor, we envisage 9 workshops, suitable for meat cutting or other food-related (productive) activities. This includes distribution, short chain and circular economy. The workshops measure around 315m² as standard and are expandable to two or more rooms. Each studio has its own logistics zone of 158m² where 2 large trucks can park permanently. We provide openings with gates for loading and unloading (dock-shelter to be provided by the concessionaire himself).

Each studio can also use a mezannine on the 1st floor. This measures 45m² and can be accessed both from the studio and from the outside. Behind the mezannine is a large floor for techniques. On the upper floors there will be a public car park of around 350 spaces. Later, a public swimming pool will be set up on the roof of the Manufakture. Interested? This project enjoys support from the Brussels Capital Region and Europe in the form of ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) grants.

OFFICES

From these spacious offices, you enjoy a nice view of the Manufakture under construction as well as the listed indoor market hall. The complex has 2 offices, 21m² and 58m². There is also an equipped kitchen with refectory as well as toilets and a lockable storage room. The offices are only accessible by stairs and are located above the technical department of Abattoir nv. All utilities are present (no air conditioning).

APARTEMENT

  Currently, there are no homes for rent. More residential projects will gradually be built on our site in the near future (around 2026). 

(*) All prices are exclusive of VAT. Abattoir SA will charge VAT to the tenant or concessionaire when required by applicable regulations.

The above prices are purely indicative and may be subject to indexation upon entry into force of the lease or concession agreement.

The duration of the contracts may vary depending on the chosen premises. Abattoir SA reserves the right to determine the end dates of the contracts in the lease or concession agreement, taking into account the Master Plan, which envisages a complete makeover of the site until 2035.

The concession price does not include utilities, common charges, duties and taxes (such as property tax for example).
