Butcher's training all the more popular

According to Brusselnieuws.be, there are more and more candidates for being trained to become a butcher. "In Brussels as well as in Flanders, more and more independant butchers close their shops because their trade is no longer attractive, but also because the average Belgian consumer eats less meat. Strangely enough, at the CVO Elishout in Anderlecht there have never been more candidates fot getting trained as a butcher for many years."
