Fluctuations Festival 2024

Fluctuations, a colourful and committed festival along the rivers will take place in Brussels. The Festival sails across Europe to raise awareness of social, environmental and democratic issues. The festiboat - musical stage and residence - docks in towns and cities. The programme includes concerts and DJ sets, assemblies and conferences, workshops, a solutions village and, of course, food and drink.
