Culinary contest "Wijk van de Smaak": and the winner is...

"The District of Taste", such is the name of a culinary contest that was organized by some six Anderlecht districts, held in the brand-new culinary tower of the Elishout school. The winners prepared a tasteful "tajine" with chicory. Not really exotic, we hear you say, but genuinely brussels branded.
Some one hundred guests from the organizing districts will soon be enjoying a gorgeous dinner, set up in our cellars. The contest is a common initiative taken by "De Rinck", the Elishout school, the Anderlecht library and Abatan s.a.
