LIVING at Abattoir: the KOTMET project

New housing, student rooms, and retail spaces: this is the outlook we are offering on the plot located next to the FOODMET, opposite the Clemenceau metro station. Thanks to the KOTMET project, 29 apartments (including studios) as well as 40 student rooms will be developed from the end of this year. The apartments will be offered for sale. The student rooms will be sold as a single lot.
