New Foodhall: work in progress
Since September 2013, Abattoir started building a new Foodhall, with financial aid from the Brussels-Capital Region and Europe, A. This hall will include butcher's stores, shops with fruit and vegetables, olives, a bakery, etc... More than 45 shops only food related. A new concept for Belgium ! Inspiration was found in the markets in Barcelona. The 'carcass' construction is nearly ended. There are a few months left for the finishing. Opening is planned in April 2015.
