Rent a productive space

To apply to rent a productive space in the MANUFAKTURE, a procedure must be followed. After all, the MANUFAKTURE is a project co-financed by the Brussels-Capital Region and Europe. The European regional structural policy is intended to give the (regional) economy a helping hand. It contributes to strengthening the competitive position, economic growth, a better quality of life and sustainable development in Europe. But it also means that certain procedures have to be complied with in order to make the allocation of spaces as objective and non-discriminatory as possible. Only SME's are eligible.

How to apply?

In addition to the registration form, which can be downloaded below, you will also find the selection criteria for the allocation of a workshop, as well as a copy of the concession agreement, which can be requested.

Please note that the registration period runs until 31/03/2022 at the latest (ends at 4 pm). So act fast and download the documents below. And above all, do not forget to send them in time to Abattoir NV. Your file can be sent by post OR handed in at the reception desk of Abattoir NV, Ropsy Chaudronstraat 24 in Anderlecht (open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) OR by e-mail at this mail address. All this must be done by 31 March '22 at the latest. Only applications that meet the above conditions will be considered, provided that they also meet all other conditions.
